For decades the Tax Practitioners have been the main collectors of Sars Debt,since Edward Kieswetter has taken over, the service delivery has become pathetic.
I have been waiting for 6 months now for a Tax Representative update -where in the past it would take a week. Edward has introduced new rules that is making this Practitioner wonder if it even worth while carrying on collecting money for Sars,
I have been a practitioner for over a decade and never have I had such pathetic service such as under this reign “of terror” of Kieswetter.
Mark Kingon who was Acting commissioner should have been given the job, a man of integrity. Kieswetter is 65 years of age – why does the government continue to employ old people is beyond my common sense – something they don’t have apparently.
